A solo performance in collaboration with the renowned composer Alessandro Olla.
CODE #9 is an investigation about what happens in the dark and how the body can develop different relationship with light and darkness. Interdisciplinary approach with movement, soundscape and visuals projected on the ground. The piece is a continuation of the research process “Darkness” and takes the audience into an immersive state following the movement of the dancer.
The performance has been developed within two residencies in Barcelona, Spain (’21) and Skopje, North Macedonia (’22).
It premiered in Zagreb, Croatia at “POGON – Centar for independent culture and youth” within the project Reg.Lab (organisations: “Kooperativa”-Croatia, “Pogon”-Zagreb, “Anibar”-Kosovo, “CSS Centar Jadro”-Skopje). The project was supported by the Ministry of Culture in North Macedonia and the City of Skopje.
